Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery timing lies with the shipping provider.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Blinc is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you experience an issue with delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using the provided tracking information.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Blinc is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Customs & Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
